Heather Angel
Heather Angel is a highly versatile wildlife photographer whose pictures combine scientific accuracy with a strong pictorial appeal. Her work has been recognised by many awards both in Britain and overseas. After gaining a zoology degree, she began to photograph marine life, but only when her first book - Nature Photography: Its Art and Techniques - was published in 1972, did Heather's photographic career take off.
Constantly traversing the globe in search of pictures, Heather first visited China in 1984 and has returned 22 times; producing three books on pandas and her most ambitious title yet - Green China - with over 360 images. In addition to managing her own stock library, Natural Visions, she is a prolific writer with 55 books, her latest is about the wildlife at Kew Gardens . For over three decades Heather has tutored photo workshops all over the world.
Heather Angel was President of the Royal Photographic Society from 1984-86 and was the founder Chairman of the RPS Nature Group. She has been a Special Professor at Nottingham University since 1994. Major solo exhibitions of her work have been on show in London as well as in China , Malaysia and Egypt . Her last solo exhibition, Natural Visions , toured Britain throughout 2000 - 2004.

Giles Angel
Giles has been a commercial photographer and digital retoucher for the last five years. After graduating with a science degree, he started out in graphic design. This set the path for gaining Photoshop skills. He soon moved towards his passion of photography as the digital camera revolution took hold.
Giles now works with numerous companies and independent artists for clients such as HP, Honda, Dove, Renault and Levi's .
Although specialising primarily in still life, his photography time is split between studio and location work. Post production plays a key role in the image making process and is often collaborating with other photographers and agencies in retouching projects
Giles writes regular tutorials for Photoshop Creative Magazine(UK), teaches Photoshop through seminars and one-to-one tuition workshops and helps 'beta test'' for Adobe.
